anniemueller
I've had a terrible time getting pictures that show the quilting on the cubes and in the background. Can't get both at once. Thank you all for your terrific ideas on this one. I explored each and every suggestion that was made! I challenged myself to make fillers in different sizes, small, medium and large. I used the same design for each of the three planes that make the inner walls of the cubes. The outer walls got small circles, or corrugated lines, depending on their size. After doing the corrugated lines I would have changed the direction of some for better effect, but didn't dislike it enough to frog. The background is hard to see in the pictures. I put horizontal lines with larger spacing at the bottom, smaller at the top. Some got fillers. And there are some cubes dropped in ("plunked") for interest.
