My Tribute to Betty

I am so sorry for your loss.  She was very accomplished at applique and your quilting did it justice.  That is a gorgeous piece.

Jeanne;

I am sure that Betty was rubbing your back and cheering you on as you finished her quilt in her honor.  She had a great friend in you.  Your feather work looks outstanding, and I truly love the small grid pattern on the outside edge of the quilt.  Great job.  Thank you for sharing with us.

A good friend will come and bail you out of jail, but a best friend will be sitting next to you saying, 'Dang, that was fun'!

I'm sure you're missing your friend.  Her memory will be eternal with her beautiful work around.  I love the way you quilted this, especially the designs around the applique in the border and then that tiny tiny crosshatching.  Just stunning!
