rcck00
My latest customer quilt. This is the largest quilt I have ever done, and my first attempt at something this intricate. It measures 125"x127" !! The pattern is a modified Spinning Stars. I hope you don't mind all the pictures! I am kinda proud of myself! I designed all of the feathers, and everything is freehand, except the ditching, where I used a ruler. Hope you enjoy these, thanks for looking. Front: Close up of center medalion: first couple of borders: outer borders: back (not a great picture, but it was so big I don't have anywhere to hang it!): close up of portion of back: another: back of smaller corner star: and finally, back of the small stars in the inner border:

RitaR
I love their grading the colors in the cards/stars.. and the quilting is just super. Job well done, be proud. Size alone would be undaunting for me.. Doubt I could manage on this 10 foot table. RitaR

quiltaholi_518
Wowser! Wish I had quilted that! And isn't it wonderful that she gave you a light colored backing that shows the quilting? Quilte frustrating to do all that and not really see it that well. Great job... BTW, you don't say which machine you have...
